Blue Moose Property Management was born from both personal experience and a deep appreciation for Colorado living. I came to the University of Colorado to pursue my master’s degree and quickly fell in love with the state—its lifestyle, communities, and year-round appeal. What began as a temporary move soon became home.

My introduction to property management started close to home, managing two to three family-owned properties across Colorado. From coordinating maintenance and cleanings to writing welcome notes, responding promptly to guest needs, and handling day-to-day operations, I learned firsthand what it takes to manage properties with care and accountability. Treating each home as if it were my own became the standard.

As demand grew and Colorado’s rental market continued to thrive—driven by ski tourism, seasonal travel, relocations, and long-term residents—I saw an opportunity to turn that hands-on experience into something bigger. Blue Moose Property Management was created to help other property owners enjoy the benefits of ownership without the stress of daily management.
